The harp adds a touch of elegance and grace to any ceremony or private events. Italian born professional harpist Giuseppina Ciarla, with more than 20 years of experience will cater to your musical needs to make your wedding ceremony unforgettable and with a touch of class! Giuseppina will play at your wedding with the same integrity and high standards as if it were a classical music concert. In fact, your wedding will be your own private concert given by a world renowned classical musician, the Principal harpist of the Sarasota Opera Orchestra!
A variety of music selections are available and thanks to Giuseppina's skills as an arranger, any piece you might have in mind could be adapted for the harp. Giuseppina is a very eclectic player and all types of music can be considered.
The harp is a very precious instrument therefore it needs a certain amount of care. If a wedding is outside, the harp should not be in direct sun light. In addition, it will need to be on a flat and clean surface - no grass or sand. If your ceremony is in a garden or on an uneven surface, a platform will need to be provided. If your wedding is on the beach, Giuseppina will perform on a smaller troubadour harp.
• A typical ceremony can include 20 to 30 minutes of music to greet your guests.
• A specific music selection for the wedding party.
• A processional for the bride's entrance.
• Depending on your ceremony - an interlude for candle-lighting or any liturgical need could be played.
• The ceremony will conclude with a recessional of your choice.
• All wedding packages include a free consultation.

Even though Giuseppina plays as the principal harpist for the Sarasota Opera, we needed a harpist who could transcribe rock and roll music and have it recognizable on a harp! - Giuseppina did an unbelievable job for our ceremony music for our wedding. We requested a mix of classical music and modern/rock songs to be incorporated throughout her set list. The most impressive thing to us was her ability to interpret the rock songs that are considered "non-traditional" for a ceremony. She performed them excellently and with beautiful interpretation. Private & Corporate Events
